Returns & Refunds

Unused packrafts can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (buyer pays return shipping) to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit.

Remember: Unused gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@microrafting.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customized packrafts are not returnable unless they are defective.

Inspection upon Delivery

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item appears defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Do not use sharp tools (e.g. knives) to cut open the package. Damages caused by opening packages are not covered by the warranty.
