Kayak-Style Whitewater Performance Packraft
Mini Shark is a newly designed whitewater packraft model with a kayak-style appearance. We have implemented multiple unique designs to provide a specialized choice for paddlers seeking agility and control in challenging waters.
Key Features:
Streamlined Design: Mini Shark features a more streamlined hull and a slightly upturned bow, which is conducive to passing through waves and significantly improving agility in white water.
Safety & Balance: The tube diameter is smaller than other models, making it easier to climb back onto the boat and perform self-rescue after capsizing. To complement the smaller tubes, the low-center-of-gravity seat ensures paddlers maintain exceptional balance.
Versatility: The deck can be half-opened by a zipper for convenient gear storage at the rear. While optimized for white water, it is also perfectly suitable for mixed water conditions, including flat water environments.

What are the different materials used in MRS products?
Currently, there are many types of TPU-coated fabrics in the market, which look quite similar to the TPU materials used by MRS. However, the materials used by MRS significantly exceed industry average standards, with strict requirements for various performance metrics and stability. To ensure this, MRS implements rigorous testing procedures and selection criteria, eliminating materials that do not meet our standards.
MRS collaborates with multiple experienced global suppliers, who spare no effort in meeting MRS’s quality standards. Only materials that meet MRS’s stringent testing criteria are used in our products. The high standards extend lifespan of materials under appropriate maintenance conditions, unexpected issues will be reduced during the valuable trips. This ensures higher performance within certain physical limits.
Material formulations and specifications are designed by MRS and tailored according to specific product usage requirements. Suitable combinations are tested from numerous material grades. For instance, materials for the Ultra Light series prioritize foldability, while being lightweight, the fabric base and TPU are also softer. On the other hand, materials for the White Water series focus more on durability, impact resistance, and peel strength.
Of course, even high-quality TPU-coated fabrics have limitations. Proper maintenance and skillful use are necessary to maximize strengths and minimize weaknesses.
Internal Storage Bag (ISS Models)
Instructions for Use
- Put equal weight within each storage bag on either side. As the bags cannot be accessed until deflation, only store items which do not require on-the-water access.
- Put the luggage into the storage bag, fold the top of the bag, tighten the storage bag as much as possible, and then insert the buckle at the top opening.
- Open the Tizip and put the storage bag inside the packraft tubes.
- Unfasten the buckle at the top of the bag after the storage bags are inserted into the tubes, pass the buckles through the two tie downs and re-fasten the buckle. Tie down fixings within the tubes can be used to fix the storage bags in place. This ensures that even as the packraft moves, the storage bags will not slide back and forth.
